Great companies

Westfall acquires emerging and established businesses on behalf of our families and close partners.  We work with owners, founders, and management teams to develop win-win solutions and to preserve the culture and legacy they created.

how we work

We come from family businesses and have spent our careers as owners, operators, and investors. To us, investing is about more than making money. We invest with good people in good businesses that bring good energy.

Over time, we’ve bought big businesses and little businesses. A lot of them have been great experiences, and a couple didn’t go as planned. Along the way, we’ve seen a lot and gained the experience required to invest and operate efficiently and professionally. Most importantly, we bring the perspective of family-based investors and operators, with a keen eye on the things that matter: your people, your customers, and your partners.
